Graffiti Removal Program 

The presence of graffiti on private and public property has numerous negative impacts on the community. To help combat graffiti vandalism, the College West BIA has a FREE Graffiti Removal Program and is open for enrollment at any time. Combating graffiti vandalism will help to provide a clean, vibrant, safe and welcoming community for all residents, businesses and visitors.

Members of the College West BIA are asked to report criminal activity to Toronto Police Services Division 11 every time it occurs. Reporting not only has the potential to assist with solving cases, but it also creates a record of occurrences illustrating linked cases and the need for policing in the College West area.
